The interconnection between individuals and animals provides benefits on a physical, emotional and spiritual level. Our dream is for our Ranch to provide a serene and caring environment where one can take a break from the busy day-to-day world to "pause and reflect".
Volunteer Opportunities

"People Who volunteer tend to experience fewer aches and pain. Giving help to others protects overall health twice as much as aspirin protects against heart disease."

- Christine Carter, Author,
"Raising Happiness In Pursuit of Joyful Kids and Happier Parents"

Volunteers are the driving force behind all we do. We offer many ways to engage with clients, animals and our community.

Volunteers must be 13 years of age or older. Children age 10-12 can volunteer with a parent present.

There are many different ways to volunteer at Paws for Reflection Ranch. We are always in need of help in the following areas:

  • Sidewalking
  • Leading
  • Barn chores
  • Tack cleaning
  • Camp Counselor
  • Life guard
  • Maintenance
  • Carpentry
  • Gardening
  • Landscaping
  • Nature Trail Maintenance
  • Horse/Animal Care
  • Administrative/Office Work
  • Fund Raising
  • Special Events
  • Marketing and Outreach
  • Volunteer Coordination
